How do I pay?

As a private patient you can claim on the spot (HICAPS) with your health fund card & use Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & EFTPOS or cash. Payment is expected at the time of treatment.

We have a 3 tiered system for Private fees. The fee will vary depending on the level of experience of the Physio that you are consulting. There are Postgraduate Physios, Senior Physios and a Specialist Sports Physiotherapist.

DVA / Veteran’s affairs patients are bulk billed. You will need to bring your gold card and initially a referral from your GP (D905)

The enhanced primary care programme (EPC) is for people with chronic and complex conditions. If you are eligible for the EPC Enhanced Primary Care programme under Medicare (MBS) your GP will need to have organized a care plan and a special referral. You will be charged the discounted Medicare Schedule rate. Payment is expected at the time of treatment. You may be able to process the Medicare claim to have the rebate deposited into your savings or cheque keycard account, if so you will need to bring your Medicare card and keycard.

If you are Workcover patient after filling in a payment guarantee you can have Workcover bulk billed for the consultation fee and just pay a small co-contribution at each visit. With the payment guarantee your treatment can commence prior to your claim being approved so that you can return to your normal lifestyle and work faster.
